Experience with technical support or customer success is preferred, and a solid understanding of software products and user experience is beneficial.
Candidates should be technically proficient enough to assist customers directly, without relying on sales engineers, and possess the ability to identify and prioritize inbound customers who align with PostHog’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
The candidate must be a pragmatic polyglot engineer passionate about crafting high-quality developer experiences across a range of languages and platforms. Deep familiarity with at least one of Python, Go, Rust, C#, or TypeScript is required, along with the confidence to contribute meaningfully to other languages. Experience with server-side applications and infrastructure is essential.
