The Technical Support Engineer will improve support processes by developing better tooling, automation, and reporting. They will handle the majority of customer tickets independently, ensuring users can effectively utilize the PostHog platform. Additionally, they will collaborate with product teams to communicate issues that require development attention and assist in prioritizing customer requests.
