Requirements

  • Expertise in GAAP and technical accounting, including handling usage-based revenue across multiple products

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary accounting expert (bean counter, GAAP gremlin, etc.), working alongside Finance Manager and Ops & Finance Lead
  • Grapple with and improve month-end processes
  • Build entire in-house accounting processes from the ground up
  • Solve complex technical accounting problems, such as usage-based revenue for 14+ products
  • Run month-end and year-end closes
  • Own scalable reporting processes
  • Handle the company's first financial audit
