Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within B2B SaaS, ideally with selling sales performance management or other revenue operations technology, and a track record of exceeding quota, with experience closing six- and seven-figure deals. They should also demonstrate deep expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior executives, along with strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights.

Candidates should have a background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics, with 3-5 years of related experience. Proficiency in SQL or Python and familiarity with at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau is required.
