Candidates should have an education or background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, and/or Statistics, with over 6 years of working experience. Experience working with large datasets using SQL and a strong understanding of database logical structures and workflows are a plus. Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation, along with an understanding of data architecture and process flows, is required. Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with common analytical and presentation tools like Excel and PowerPoint is expected. Experience with SQL, Python, and sales incentive compensation are considered advantageous.
The Sr. Incentive Analytics Manager will collaborate with customers to implement new platform features and optimize client processes. They will gain in-depth knowledge of the company's platform to independently manage updates, enhancements, and change requests. Key duties include leading onboarding activities such as requirements gathering for incentive compensation plan rules, data analysis, and quality control. The role involves supporting ongoing operations for existing customers by implementing new features like rule building, process execution, reporting, and dashboarding, as well as providing product support. Responsibilities also include scoping, building, and testing automated workflows, processes, and reporting capabilities to enhance automation and business visibility. The manager will support design projects through analysis, financial modeling, project planning, customer workshops, and presenting findings. They will interact with key customer stakeholders to coordinate project execution and will be responsible for hiring, guiding, and coaching a team of Analysts, Associates, and Managers. Additionally, the role requires serving as the main point of contact for senior customer stakeholders and articulating customer feedback to support new product feature development.
