Experience with large datasets, databases, workflows, Excel for data analysis, data architecture, process flows, analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills are required. The ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment and understanding of analytical and presentation tools like Excel and PowerPoint are also necessary. Experience with SQL, Python, and sales incentive compensation are considered nice to haves.
The Associate, Customer Operations will manage day-to-day customer relationships and build strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders. They will act as an architect for new customers, translating data inputs and business logic into the Forma platform's rule and system logic, commission engine architecture, and outputs. Responsibilities include learning the company's platform to independently complete updates and enhancements, working with Product and Engineering teams to articulate customer feedback and implement new features, and managing customer expectations regarding deliverables and project timelines. The role also involves developing a deep understanding of each client's business and strategic objectives, and identifying areas for improvement in Sales Performance Management processes and strategy.
