Candidates should possess previous experience in EDR, MDR, XDR, security monitoring, or incident response, along with strong oral and written communication skills. Previous hands-on experience performing security operations, including security monitoring using various endpoint and network tools, deployment and tuning of security tools from vendors such as CrowdStrike and SentinelOne, and triage and analysis of potential indicators of compromise is required.

Candidates should possess a strong educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering, and proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector. Solid technical experience with Windows, Linux, and OSX operating systems is required, along with experience in installing, replacing, configuring, and optimizing network hubs, routers, and switches. Familiarity with perimeter security devices such as Firewalls and VPNs is also necessary.

Candidates should have proven experience in data mining, machine learning, and statistical techniques applied to cyber risk data. They must possess managerial experience and the ability to build and lead a team. Experience in developing data-driven programs that integrate cybersecurity intelligence with insurance analytics is essential.
