Proven experience with LLMs - master prompt engineering (must)
Proven experience gathering, sampling, and wrangling data based on business use cases and logic (must)
Production-grade Python code proficiency (must) - hands-on experience writing Python that has run in production environments
End-to-end ownership - able to move from research to POC and, when validated, deliver production-quality solutions
Academic degree in STEM (Statistics/CS - advantage)
Experience with LLM fine tuning (advantage)
Experience with NLP and other traditional ML models (advantage)
Background in Cyber / Risk / Insurance (advantage)
Great communication skills

Responsibilities

Data-driven insights: Help identify new products and opportunities for the company in diverse domains
Develop Machine Learning models: Define requirements & combine data from a wide set of sources to develop ML/DL models that will automate and speed up our business’ processes
End-to-end model management: Conduct in-depth research, POC, write production-grade code and implement it (all the way to production) using our MLOps Infra to solve a diversity of business problems
