Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science degree and over 5 years of Account Executive experience in a technology company, with a proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, and teamwork. Extensive experience with direct SaaS products, selling room collaboration technologies to enterprises, and managing a multichannel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com are required. Exceptional verbal skills, consultative professional business acumen, attention to detail, organization, ethics, autonomy, and self-motivation are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Zoom Spaces Specialist will act as a subject matter expert on Zoom Spaces portfolio, including Zoom Rooms, Workspace Reservation, Visitor Management, and Conference Room Connector. They will partner with sales representatives to grow the business by providing support to new and existing clients, showcasing how products solve business challenges. Responsibilities include aligning with cross-functional teams, developing an understanding of product differentiators and sales methodologies, meeting sales objectives, partnering with channels and manufacturers, conducting high-level conversations with executives, managing forecasts, identifying opportunities, and running product exploration and demonstration calls.
