Description: Zoom is seeking an Account Executive with experience in Contact Center/CX sales to sell our Zoom Customer Experience Platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will partner with account executives and Zoom channel partners to prospect new opportunities, increase the sales funnel, and drive sales execution plans. This role will support teams selling CX solutions into companies across all sectors within the southern region of Saudi Arabia. You will also be a passionate market evangelist within Zoom customers and customer prospects, framing our proposition around desired customer outcomes. Your overarching mission will be to help customers re-imagine their customer and agent experiences. The team builds on Zoom infrastructure and introduce how customer and agent journeys are made better when leveraging AI to provide personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in Contact Center/CX sales
  • Ability to qualify leads and perform needs assessment
  • Experience engaging technical resources
  • Ability to create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
  • Proactive, outbound approach to attract new customers and generate CX conversation
  • Experience in account-based sales and territory planning
  • Ability to present business models and commercial offerings
  • Experience in developing and executing joint sales strategies (Zoom internal, alliance partner, and channel partner)
  • Ability to partner with product/engineering on contact center integration and roadmap requirements
