Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in Contact Center/CX sales, demonstrating the ability to qualify leads and perform needs assessments, engage technical resources, create and deliver client presentations and proposals, and proactively attract new customers. They must also have experience in account-based sales and territory planning, and be able to present business models and commercial offerings, along with experience developing and executing joint sales strategies with internal, alliance, and channel partners, and collaborate with product/engineering on contact center integration and roadmap requirements.

Responsibilities

The Zoom Contact Center Sales Specialist will prospect new opportunities and increase the sales funnel, drive sales execution plans, support teams selling CX solutions within the southern region of Saudi Arabia, partner with account executives to increase sales of existing customers and close new prospects, manage large and complex sales opportunities, serve as a partner with Zoom account managers, develop and maintain business relationships with existing accounts, contribute to the development of a shared sales strategy, and partner with product/engineering on contact center integration and roadmap requirements.
