The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management, along with a strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho. A background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management is also required, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize business workflows, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
This role involves migrating company data and processes to Zoho, including inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations, ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking, maintaining and optimizing the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy, training team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure smooth operations, and continuously improving processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
