Partner Consulting Solution Engineer - Contact Center (CX)

Position Overview

Zoom is seeking a talented Partner Consulting Solution Engineer with deep specialized experience in Customer Experience (CX) to join its global Contact Center Solution Engineering team. This role focuses on working with Partners to enhance their contact center capabilities using Zoom's solutions. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the pre-sales CX channel Partner trusted advisor for North America and LATAM.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Develop trust and lasting relationships with Partner Customer Experience pre-sales teams, leadership, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build technical business plans with focus CX Partners to drive Zoom CX adoption.
  • Execute technical pre-sales training and ongoing enablement for ZCX Partners.
  • Engage with internal ZCX Product teams to drive Partner and customer feedback, influencing product innovation, adoption, and market leadership.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of industry regulatory and security requirements within CX environments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CX/Cloud CCaaS Channel Solution Engineering.
  • Strong business and technical acumen with demonstrated experience in the CX industry, including Contact Center, Workforce Management, Workforce Engagement Management, Reporting/Analytics, Chatbot, Voicebots, and AI.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Customer Experience market and trends.
  • Advocate for a Channel-led partnership strategy and vision.
  • Ability to build and execute go-to-market Channel strategies.
  • Experience implementing CX solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of sell-through channel sales motions.

Salary Range

  • Minimum: $131,200.00
  • Maximum: $262,400.00

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. A location-based compensation structure may apply, resulting in different ranges for candidates in various locations.
