Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations
  • Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store
  • Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests
  • Provide expert-level understanding of Comcast products and services for customers
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles as guidelines for job performance
  • Own the customer experience by putting customers first, providing seamless digital options, and making them promoters of products and services
