Responsibilities
Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) to individual single-family units and multiple dwelling units through property management relationships
Knock on every door within assigned territory to promote and sell offerings
Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers; evaluate needs and make recommendations
Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing, and competitive advantages; evaluate competitive offers and frame responses
Create and execute turf management plans without assistance; utilize experience-based sales techniques
Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
Generate business through established and approved lead generation methods
Implement effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goals
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
