  • Advanced knowledge of Comcast products (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) and competitive features, benefits, differences, pricing, and campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of selling reflective of required relevant experience
  • Consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment, emphasizing business-to-consumer sales
  • Thorough and advanced understanding of video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home
  • Effective communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills
  • Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including walking/traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) by knocking on every door within assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers, evaluate their existing and potential product needs, and make recommendations
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and competitive advantages; evaluate competitive offers and frame responses to highlight Comcast benefits
  • Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
  • Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
  • Generate business through established and approved methods of lead generation
  • Implement effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goals are achieved
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles as guidelines for job performance
  • Own the customer experience by putting customers first, providing seamless digital options, and making them promoters of products/services
  • Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of Comcast's technology, products, services, digital tools, and experiences
