Advanced knowledge of Comcast products (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) and competitive features, benefits, differences, pricing, and campaigns
Expert knowledge of selling reflective of required relevant experience
Consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment, emphasizing business-to-consumer sales
Thorough and advanced understanding of video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home
Effective communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills
Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)
Ability to meet physical requirements, including walking/traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions
Where applicable, obtain and maintain credentials/licenses necessary to sell/design alarm systems as required by law
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities
Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) by knocking on every door in assigned territory
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products and competitive landscape to customers
Effectively communicate, develop rapport with customers, evaluate needs, make recommendations, and highlight Comcast advantages over competitors
Create and execute turf management plans independently, utilizing experience-based sales techniques
Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
Generate business through established and approved lead generation methods
Implement effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goals
Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience, prioritize customers, provide seamless digital options
Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of Comcast technology, products, services, and digital tools
Win as a team by collaborating to achieve big outcomes
Perform other duties as assigned
