Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support, a private and confidential workspace free from distractions, a professional and camera-ready work environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a reliable wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 400 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload, and comfort with video chats and digital communication tools. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of call center experience, Spanish speaking ability, excellent computer skills in MS Office applications, experience with video platforms and virtual calls, and experience in a virtual work environment navigating multiple systems. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Worklife Resource Associate will provide customer service support to members calling the Worklife department or transferred from other departments, and offer administrative support to the Worklife department. Responsibilities include supporting the provision and use of Worklife, employee assistance, and management consultant resources, determining the purpose of calls through active listening, triaging calls professionally, answering phones, assessing resource needs, reviewing available services, and connecting callers to appropriate services. The associate will accurately document member interactions, provide resources in the moment, identify when members need to connect with a Resource Consultant, recognize crisis situations and connect members to clinical support, utilize internal tools, and perform miscellaneous support functions including administrative duties.
