The Solar Programs, Customer Support Associate will answer inbound calls and respond to voicemails and emails from customers seeking solar program information, rules, procedures, or issue resolution. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of program guidelines, professionally responding to inquiries, using available resources to answer questions and resolve issues, and escalating and tracking inquiries when necessary. The role also involves collaborating with team members and management on project support activities, responding to inquiries within required service level agreement timeframes, and utilizing Salesforce to track cases. Ad hoc projects may also be assigned.
