Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an analyst or functional support role, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (preferably Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting) is required, along with strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Experience creating reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Specialist will support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday platform across various modules, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align Workday with business needs. They will also handle day-to-day operations and troubleshooting, participate in Workday releases, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Additionally, the specialist will maintain documentation, support in EIB Loads, change management, and assist in Workday projects, including module rollouts and process improvements.
