We are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to join our diverse team of over 750+ professionals.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Workday HCM Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders such as HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, IT, and Finance Systems teams. The role involves managing Workday HCM setup, architecture, and designing in- and outbound integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday platform across various modules (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent & Performance).
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure Workday aligns with business needs.
  • Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting in Workday, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in Workday releases by assessing impact, testing, and implementing new features.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.
  • Support in EIB Loads.
  • Support in change management.
  • Assist in Workday projects, including module rollouts, process improvement, and reporting.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, business processes, and integrations.

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an analyst or functional support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (preferably Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday security configuration and integration support.
  • Workday Pro certification(s) or other formal training.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA).
