Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of Workday or other ERP consulting implementation experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven experience leading a virtual team is required, along with sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoys fast-paced work environments, while also being able to work well within and across teams.

Responsibilities

The Workday Senior Manager will provide expert guidance to the AMS management team and their teams, assisting clients in meeting business objectives and ensuring successful Workday post-production lifecycle adoption. This role involves leading Workday consultants, acting as an Onshore Integration Lead with mandatory Workday Integration and/or Extend certification, and applying AMS & Implementation methodologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with GDC teams on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis, providing on-call support, managing SLA adherence, coordinating with stakeholders for business impact, contributing to Workday practice operational efficiency, developing reporting dashboards, resolving client issues, maintaining the Workday platform (reporting, business processes, security, data loads/audits), ensuring system design meets user needs, leading multiple tasks and projects, and driving continual business process improvements.
