Requirements

The Enterprise Product Owner must have experience leading the strategic transformation and implementation of Workday ERP, specifically within a finance ecosystem. This role requires strong project execution skills, including owning scope, partnering with system integrators, and driving product-led execution. A curiosity-driven mindset to gain deep insights into financial processes and bridge functional and technical domains is essential. Experience with broader enterprise transformations, including HR and payroll, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Product Owner will lead the end-to-end Workday ERP transformation, including strategic planning, scope definition, and implementation oversight. Responsibilities include governing and managing project scope, partnering with system integrators to ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality, and gaining deep understanding of Workday's technical ecosystem and financial processes. The role involves acting as a liaison between accounting, finance, and technology teams, guiding implementation activities, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Additionally, the Product Owner will ensure solutions are adaptable for future phases, collaborate with executive sponsors, adhere to implementation standards, validate solutions, gain proficiency in configuration and integration, and document repeatable business processes.
