The candidate should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with over 8 years in HR technology within a global, fast-paced setting, emphasizing high-quality and creative technical solutions. Required technical expertise includes Workday Studio with strong XSLT skills (5+ years), Workday Extend (3+ years), SOAP and REST API integrations, and a solid understanding of API integration methodologies. Experience with integration processes, testing procedures, and developing complex calculated fields is also necessary, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience with Workday Orchestrate, API, and RAAS integrations between Workday and ServiceNow are considered a plus.
The Workday Integrations Developer will design, build, and test integrations between Workday and various internal/external systems using technologies such as Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services. Responsibilities include analyzing and updating Workday integration processes to enhance business workflows, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues while communicating with stakeholders, and developing integration reports. The role also involves managing integration schedules, performing regression testing with Workday releases, evaluating technical requests from stakeholders, and providing creative solutions. Additionally, the developer will independently drive and manage technical projects, coordinating across multiple teams.
