Requirements

Candidates must have successful end-to-end medium to large ERP implementation experience in a consulting environment, with a strong knowledge of ERP systems including HCM, Finance, and Payroll. Previous Workday experience and prior experience with Healthcare clients are preferred. A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is a plus, and candidates must be willing to travel on-site when needed.

Responsibilities

The Senior Portfolio Manager will lead Workday implementations from beginning to end for Healthcare clients, managing budget and resourcing constraints while ensuring customer satisfaction, project success, and profitability. Responsibilities include becoming an expert in Cognizant's Cynergy™ Implementation Methodology, managing 1-2 large Workday implementations, participating in sales cycles, planning and staffing projects, tracking issues and risks, communicating status, providing guidance to consultants, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, presenting change orders, presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with checkpoints, assisting in the transition to product support, and identifying opportunities for other service offerings.
