The Sr Financials Consultant will ensure successful Workday solution implementations by providing product and implementation expertise. They will lead design sessions, drive client business requirements, configure and prototype the Workday solution, and support testing phases. Responsibilities also include assisting with data conversion, managing assigned tasks within budget, supporting integration teams, advising on Workday's deployment methodology, mentoring new consultants, ensuring clients adopt best practices, and making clients reference-able post-production. The role also involves participating in training and events to share product skills.
