Requirements

Candidates require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field, and possess at least 5 years’ experience with Workday. Active Workday Certification – Integration Core is required, with additional certifications such as Workday Studio, CCTPP, CCB, and Financials being preferred. Strong understanding of Workday functional areas like HCM and Financials, along with SME experience in at least one Workday module, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Manager will provide leadership and expert advice, managing all aspects of client support including workforce management and service level management. They will work closely with clients to spearhead team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday ecosystem, oversee team workload, serve as an escalation path, coordinate resource allocation, review deliverables, lead initiatives for project delivery, reinforce company policies, and ensure others utilize established methodologies. The role also involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and analyzing risks, and possessing strong communication and analytical skills to effectively manage client expectations and collaborate across teams.
