The Workday HCM/Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Manager will provide expert guidance to the AMS management team and their team members, assisting clients with business objectives and end-user adoption during Workday post-production lifecycles. This role involves collaborating with the GDC team, providing on-call support, coordinating with stakeholders, contributing to operational efficiency, proactively identifying reporting needs, and working with clients to resolve issues impacting project scope and timeframe. The manager will also ensure system design meets user needs, maintain the Workday platform, drive business process improvements, lead a team of consultants, and deliver project deliverables on time.
