The Workday HCM/Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Manager will onshore lead HCM workstreams for assigned accounts, applying and executing various AMS & Implementation methodologies, and collaborating with the Global Delivery Center (GDC) team. This role involves providing on-call support, coordinating with stakeholders, contributing to operational efficiency, proactively identifying reporting dashboards, working with clients to resolve issues, maintaining the Workday platform, ensuring system design fits user needs, and driving continual business process improvements while leading a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements.
