Join Cognizant's Workday Practice in Manila as a Workday expert, supporting implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements. You'll leverage your expertise to recommend solutions, engage with clients, and mentor other consultants.

Requirements

  • Workday Certification: Active Workday Certification is required.
  • Supplemental Certification: Workday Functional Supplemental Certification (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation) is an advantage.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation projects with direct client interaction.
  • Skills:
    • Strong consulting and presentation skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage client expectations.
    • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing ecosystem.
    • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Leverage expertise to recommend the best solution based on client requirements, budget, and time-frame.
  • Engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients, project teams, and the Engagement Manager informed of changes or progress.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches to meet requirements for post-production clients.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align development with client design decisions.
  • Provide regular status updates to the client, project team, and management.
  • Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge.
