Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent degree. They must have at least three years of experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support, with direct client interaction, and hold an active HCM Workday Certification. Workday Functional Supplemental Certifications are preferred, including those in Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation.
The Workday HCM Analyst Consultant will execute day-to-day activities for Workday HCM project support, providing ad-hoc assistance and implementation services to various client contracts. They will offer subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct client sessions to analyze business requirements and deliver solutions, identify strategies and risks, and recommend approaches to meet requirements. Furthermore, the consultant will mentor other consultants, share product knowledge, and become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
