Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support, including direct client interaction. Active HCM Workday Certification is required, and Workday Functional Supplemental Certifications in areas such as Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation are considered advantageous.
The Workday HCM Analyst Consultant will execute day-to-day activities related to Workday HCM project support, providing ad-hoc assistance and implementation services to various client contracts. They will offer subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct client sessions to analyze business requirements and develop solutions, identify strategies and risks, and mentor other consultants while actively sharing product knowledge to grow the practice. The role also involves becoming a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction, and supporting projects across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions with potential shift variations.
