Requirements

Candidates should possess successful end-to-end medium to large ERP implementation experience in a consulting environment, specifically within the Workday space, and a strong background in Commercial industries. Prior Workday experience and certification, such as PM or Launch, are strongly preferred, along with knowledge of ERP systems including HCM, Finance, and Payroll. PMP certification is a plus, and experience in HR, Finance, or Payroll is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will act as the face of the project, leading Workday implementations from start to finish while communicating and addressing budget or resourcing constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. They will become an expert in Cognizant’s Cynergy methodology, manage multiple Workday product implementations, participate in the sales cycle, track issues and risks, provide guidance to consultants, present change orders, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope. Additionally, they will assist in the transition to product support, serve as a client reference, and identify opportunities for additional service offerings, while presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings and working with Workday’s Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance.
