Requirements

  • Proficiency in HCM Data Conversion and Data Transformation (preferably with Workday HCM)
  • Experience from several full-cycle HCM implementations (preferably with Workday HCM), including requirements gathering, Data Conversion & Transformation design, DM Execution and Validation, and deployment
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed
  • Ability to efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end HCM data conversion and transformation activities, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business requirements
  • Hosting workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and define data conversion and transformation strategies
  • Delivering detailed documentation, including data mapping, design specifications, and validation plans
  • Collaborating closely with clients, offshore teams, and Accenture colleagues to design and implement scalable data solutions
  • Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes under tight deadlines
  • Supporting clients across various stages of the implementation lifecycle, from data extraction to final deployment and post-go-live support
  • Contributing to pre-sales and business development efforts with insights into best practices and Workday HCM data experience
  • Promoting collaboration and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment across geographically distributed teams
