Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience and/or certification with Workday Benefits, with Workday Compensation being preferred. A minimum of 5 years in a customer service-oriented role, including consulting, account management, or client success, is required. At least 5 years of experience in enterprise management solutions like Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP is necessary, along with a strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, and deployment. Deep domain knowledge in one or more Workday functional areas and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, advising on Benefits and Compensation, and understanding touchpoints with Payroll, Finance, Time Tracking, Absence, Integrations, and new product capabilities. Develop strategic solutions by identifying risks, evaluating options, and recommending mitigation approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to configure and test Workday updates, ensuring stability. Manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight, proactively communicating progress, changes, and risks. Provide mentorship and guidance to consultants and analysts. Lead the resolution of client tickets and initiatives by driving decisions and recommending best practices. Achieve utilization targets and contribute to internal post-production initiatives. Engage in ongoing training and actively participate in internal forums to share expertise. Execute day-to-day activities across client engagements, including process design, lifecycle support, and post-implementation reviews. Support business development efforts through opportunity identification and proposal creation. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
