Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and previous Workday experience is strongly preferred, though not required. They should also have knowledge of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning, along with a practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll. PMP certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

The Workday Associate Engagement Manager will be responsible for supporting client, company, and team accomplishments by driving client engagement and managing key project deliverables such as charters, project/staffing plans, and issue logs. They will become an expert in Workday’s Implementation Methodology and apply it to all engagements, ensuring projects are properly planned and staffed, and delivering them within the project budget outlined in the Statement of Work. The role involves identifying and resolving project issues, communicating project status, escalating concerns, assisting in the transition to product support, and ensuring the client can serve as a reference. Furthermore, they will track issues and risks, present at Executive Steering Committee meetings, identify and escalate change orders, and participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements and develop proposals.
