Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services
  • Strong expertise in VMware virtualization, including administration of ESXi hosts and vCenter Server
  • Strong level knowledge of Office 365, and Azure AD (including solid experience with Intune, SSO, and Security)
  • Strong knowledge and administration experience of Windows and Mac endpoints
  • Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam, or similar tool)
  • Working knowledge of networking services and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SSH, SMTP)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to work independently with little supervision

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality user support for our US office and international employees
  • Perform Windows server, deployment, administration and improvements
  • SaaS tools administration including Office 365, Slack, Zoom, etc
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve issues on employee laptops (Mac and Windows OS)
  • Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management/deployment suite
  • Manage technical and hardware onboarding of new users (including creating user accounts, setting up new laptops, and required accessories)
  • Handle maintenance of US office conference rooms
  • Route and respond to support tickets quickly and efficiently
  • Take on special project work for the Corp-IT team
