Requirements

Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services
Strong expertise in VMware virtualization, including administration of ESXi hosts and vCenter Server
Strong level knowledge of Office 365, and Azure AD (including solid experience with Intune, SSO, and Security)
Strong knowledge and administration experience of Windows and Mac endpoints
Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam, or similar tool)
Working knowledge of networking services and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SSH, SMTP)
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and attention to detail
Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
Customer-focused, service-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment
Able to work independently with little supervision

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality user support for our US office and international employees
Perform Windows server, deployment, administration and improvements
SaaS tools administration including Office 365, Slack, Zoom, etc
Quickly and efficiently resolve issues on employee laptops (Mac and Windows OS)
Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management/deployment suite
Manage technical and hardware onboarding of new users (including creating user accounts, setting up new laptops, and required accessories)
Handle maintenance of US office conference rooms
Route and respond to support tickets quickly and efficiently
Take on special project work for the Corp-IT team
