Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a growth/performance web strategy, or demand generation role, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and navigate competing priorities
  • Track record of leading multiple complex projects independently, from scoping to delivery, with measurable impact
  • Comfort making decisions with imperfect information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Amplitude Analytics, etc
  • Knowledge of web tracking and attribution
  • Experience using marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
  • Knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and common performance metrics
  • Serious bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, especially SMB SaaS
  • Serious bonus: Legal industry knowledge and/or experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional instances of the global website and overall landing page strategy, aligning with Clio’s business objectives, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive growth and maximize conversion across key audience segments
  • Own the strategy and execution of GTM campaigns across multi-region marketing web properties to serve as high-performing demand generation engines, ensuring alignment and collaboration with regional Demand Generation Managers
  • Own and facilitate brainstorms, planning page flows, including submitting briefs for high-impact digital marketing initiatives, including microsites, website sections, and campaign landing pages, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing design, web development, growth, content, and PMM teams
  • Monitor market trends to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive
  • Work with the CRO Manager to execute and iterate regional tests to gather valuable insights and validate design decisions
  • Monitor success through analytics to recommend solutions
  • Conduct website audits and generate user experience, strategy, and user interface improvements and recommendations
  • Support the implementation of technical SEO strategies in partnership with the SEO agency to improve rankings for branded and non-branded keywords, driving organic traffic growth, alongside our in-house SEO content team across all regions
  • Partner with the Content and SEO team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every web project from conception to launch
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of web and digital metrics related to regional web properties to inform strategy
