Requirements

Candidates should possess knowledge around shortening development lead time and improving data development lifecycle, along with good experience with Relational and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required, including the ability to design innovative solutions, and strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks is desired, alongside digital marketing experience and proven experience in Web Analytics and Data Engineering. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including hands-on implementation and configuration, strong knowledge of SQL, and experience with Big Query are necessary, as well as the ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Web Analytics specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining tracking codes, tags, and events using Google Tag Manager to monitor user behavior, conversions, and relevant metrics, configuring and setting up Google Analytics 4 properties, and ensuring accurate data collection for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and accessibility of data assets, enabling the organization to extract actionable insights and deliver high-impact solutions.
