Requirements

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or diploma
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing environment
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Check that physical goods received match the Delivery Order (DO) from suppliers and Finished Goods from in-house productions
  • Perform Goods Receipt (MIGO_GR) for productions and vendor 3rd party
  • Store goods in accurate arrangement and safe conditions at specified storage areas according to temperature requirements (e.g., Cold Room 2°C to 8°C, Room Temperature 25°C)
  • Manage Finished Goods Products (FIN), including pick and pack activities, ensuring accurate items, quantity, lot number, and expiry date for delivery
  • Ensure timely completion of pick and pack to meet delivery cut-off times
  • Follow Warehouse SOPs
  • Perform data entry for stock receiving from productions
  • Handle Goods Receipt for Oxoid & Remel products (RAWM/FIN), PPM Finished Goods products (FIN), and packing materials
  • Immediately inform Logistics Supervisor of any discrepancies in stock received
  • Receive and put away stock into item locations
  • Prepare Finished Goods (FIN) short expiry report ZMIR0024 on a weekly basis
  • Participate in Cycle Count (weekly) and Annual Stock Count (yearly)
  • Investigate inventory movement history for discrepancies and reconcile them
  • Ensure physical inventory tallies with book quantity
  • Implement Monthly Cycle Counts / Stock Count Activities for accurate inventory status
  • Maintain stock accuracy between system and physical stocks, conducting investigations to resolve discrepancies
  • Keep storage areas clean and tidy at all times
