Requirements

Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse or distribution center is required. Candidates should be motivated, fast learners eager to contribute across all areas of a startup and possess a strong interest in learning how to build and scale a growing business. Experience in IT fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Fulfilment Centre Associate will work with the order operations team to ensure timely customer order shipment. This includes preparing products for dispatch by picking and packing, and ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock-takes. The role also offers opportunities to participate in projects and sprints aimed at increasing organizational capacity and scalability, along with performing hands-on start-up operations tasks and other 'all hands on deck' duties.
