Responsibilities

Transform high-level business objectives into a dynamic, data-driven content strategy
Research client needs and industry trends to ensure programs are relevant and revolutionary
Leverage AI to analyze market data, predict future skill gaps, and keep content strategy ahead
Identify and cultivate third-party content partnerships to expand offerings and accelerate growth
Act as a key thought leader on tech and skill development trends to keep product industry-aligned
Champion the use of AI in content creation, developing best practices for generation, personalization, and quality-control at scale
Lead team in automating content production workflows for efficiency
Mentor and empower instructional designers and content developers on effective and ethical AI use
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation in content production methodologies
Be the voice and vision for curriculum with customers and partners, building trust and excitement
Articulate the Multiverse story to motivate team and stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to shape messaging and positioning of learning offerings
Serve as trusted internal and external expert, supporting sales conversations with strategic clients
Partner with technology team to prioritize features and functionality for effective learning programs
Track and analyze internal and external metrics to measure and improve content impact
Foster strong connections with cross-functional leaders to align on program priorities
