Responsibilities

The VP, Retail Account Development will own and lead the commercial and service relationship with a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary, trusted partner for client executives. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive joint business plans, creating long-term strategic plans and roadmaps, and leading the implementation of analytical recommendations. The role also involves managing client relationships at the executive level, ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewal, coaching the team to deliver high-quality insights, overseeing the resolution of operational issues, managing multiple priorities and projects, and collaborating with internal experts to develop new solutions and stay current with industry trends.
