[Remote] VP, Product Management (Core App Services & Canvases) at Altera

The salary range is $310,000 - $345,000 for the United States.

This is a remote position for U.S.-based candidates.

Candidates need 10+ years of progressive product management experience in software, particularly user experience-focused roles, 5+ years in leadership managing high-performing teams across geographies, a product-led growth mindset, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with strong understanding of cloud data platforms preferred.

The VP will lead a team of 4 Directors, each overseeing 5-7 Product Managers. Strong candidates have demonstrated leadership in multi-geography teams, experience driving product unification, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
