As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a global team of Sales Directors, driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple verticals and geographies. You will define and execute our sales strategy, coach and support your team to consistently deliver on targets, and actively participate in high-impact deals as a strategic partner and escalation point. This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer teams to align go-to-market initiatives and scale operational excellence, as well as representing Runa externally as a trusted voice in the industry and shaping the future of payouts infrastructure.
