Responsibilities

  • GTM strategy including segmentation analysis and strategic prioritization/investment recommendations
  • CapDB strategy and implementation to optimize sales CAC and accelerate ARR growth
  • Marketing forecasting and investment strategy; gearing expectations
  • Marketing results reporting
  • Partner with CMO and digital marketing team to rationalize and maximize MarTech stack investments
  • Optimize ad spend effectiveness and ROI in partnership with digital marketing team
  • Create and maintain reporting that optimizes marketing message effectiveness
  • Coordinate/optimize sales reporting, forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales organization planning efforts
  • Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders as needed
  • Weekly bookings forecast and compliance processes
  • Monitor accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and intel; recommend revisions or develop new reporting tools
  • Translate overall value proposition into pricing and contracting approach aligned with business strategy
  • Optimize deal modeling process to generate analytics and guidelines for comparable deals
  • Seek opportunities to optimize goals and tradeoffs between growth, revenue/share, and margin
  • Work with FP&A team to optimize pricing tools for targeted sales objectives
  • Participate in analysis of competitive and economic landscape to evaluate threats/opportunities and develop pricing/margin strategies
  • Analyze current/historical results to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and recommend improvements to pricing at customer, segment, and product levels
  • Drive analytical support for sales, marketing, and product
