  • Drive market leadership: position Redesign Health as the authoritative voice in healthcare AI through creation and distribution of high-quality strategic content and market-shaping perspectives demonstrating healthcare innovation expertise
  • Lead global communications strategy: drive strategic communications and media relations across key global markets to showcase unique value proposition, operational expertise, and market-defining success via digital channels (e.g., website, LinkedIn), earned media, and in-person channels (e.g., conferences)
  • Host founder and partner events: host events to amplify the Redesign brand, engage founders, investors, and partners; co-host with significant brands like VCs for credibility and cost reduction
  • Support portfolio communications: amplify portfolio company successes to demonstrate Redesign's ability to accelerate healthcare innovation; guide companies through critical communications moments, balancing high-quality communications with AI efficiencies
  • Build an AI-native marketing function: lead an AI-powered brand and communications function overseeing all brand touch points; experiment with and deploy AI-native approaches to content creation, distribution, and analytics
  • Establish thought leadership, strategic content, and executive platforms; lead impactful media relations; build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers; ensure consistent and authentic brand reflection across assets, digital channels, events, and market interactions
