This role is responsible for leading and aligning a cross-AMS value advisory team of about 70 individuals, focusing on strategic customer opportunities. The VP will hire top talent with consultative selling capabilities and an AI-centric approach, and lead from the front in showcasing the transformational value of the ServiceNow platform through executive customer workshops. They will partner with AMS leadership to align priorities, elevate customer experience, and emphasize value creation. Responsibilities also include coaching and enabling value consultants to construct high-quality, personalized customer deliverables aligned with business objectives.
