  • Proven track record of successfully signing new payer and strategic partnerships within a fast-paced healthcare technology and/or services company
  • Deep familiarity with the health insurance ecosystem, including an in-depth understanding of strategic priorities, operational challenges, governance structures, and contracting mechanisms
  • Detailed experience in a specific geography, market or lines of business is welcomed though not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and entrepreneurially in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent strategic, communication, and execution skills
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills are highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and partnership efforts with national and regional payers across lines of business to drive adoption and scale for Roivant Health’s portfolio companies
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and implementation, including both hands-on lead generation and high-level sales motions to support the entire sales pipeline through to contracting
  • Support the development and execution of value-based care strategies and contracts in collaboration with Roivant Health and Vant leadership
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of individual Roivant Health Vants to understand their specific needs and tailor business development approaches for optimal market fit and growth
  • Provide market insights from the payer landscape back to Roivant Health's incubation teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
