  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with engineering leadership, product teams, platform teams, and key stakeholders
  • Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, and developing teams of DevEx professionals (e.g., analysts, coordinators, developer advocates)
  • Experience establishing operating models, sustainable processes for gap analysis, project coordination, and continuous improvement
  • Expertise in designing and deploying developer feedback systems for collection, analysis, and action
  • Ability to lead initiatives achieving measurable outcomes like improved developer velocity, reduced onboarding time, and increased satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead a geographically dispersed team as the central coordination hub for improving the end-to-end developer journey
  • Develop comprehensive DevEx strategy, including a holistic roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Establish organizational presence by building the Developer Experience function from the ground up
  • Drive adoption of AI development tools, intelligent automation, and end-to-end process optimization to eliminate friction
  • Champion data-driven decision making through measurement frameworks and analytics for continuous DevEx improvement
  • Conduct comprehensive assessment to map existing DevEx initiatives across specialized teams
  • Establish coordination framework and cross-functional collaboration processes to align teams and eliminate duplicated efforts
  • Identify critical gaps in the developer journey and prioritize highest-impact improvement opportunities
  • Build stakeholder relationships with engineering, product, platform teams, and other key stakeholders
  • Build and lead DevEx team by recruiting, hiring, and developing professionals including analysts, coordinators, and developer advocates
  • Establish operating model with sustainable processes for gap analysis, project coordination, and continuous improvement
  • Implement feedback systems to collect, analyze, and act on developer feedback across all touchpoints
