Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment is required, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Proven experience in building and scaling customer-centric organizations within an enterprise B2B SaaS context is essential.

Responsibilities

The VP, Customer Success will define and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, overseeing all customer-facing functions including Customer Success and Onboarding. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive customer plan, driving key customer success metrics, leading and developing the Customer Success and Onboarding teams, optimizing the customer journey, leading the Professional Services function for successful implementations, and ensuring robust onboarding programs. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, and leveraging technology for operational excellence.
